Scrap the Boys DT - July 2018 Love you to the moon and back

Hello Scrappy Friends, welcome back to my blog today where I'm sharing a DT layout for

 The challenge is to use this mood board to scrap about about the boy/s (of any age) in your life.
The stars can be any colour and  you can use any theme.
I chose this cheeky photo of one of my Grand Boys.


The paper is new to me, it kinda jumped into my basket along with the chipboard embellishments!
Does that ever happen to you ?  I sometimes have difficulty finding fun and original papers for Boys, so this collection really appeals to me.  It's by My Mind's Eye, "Blast Off"

The cut file is from Silhouette "Star Wreath"

The journalling is on the back of the page and it reads:
We had a day out with you and your brothers last winter and decided to visit Port Adelaide to see the old ship "The Failie" and the "Adelaide" as well as some of the old buildings.
I was hoping we'd find some graffiti too, as a colourful backdrop to some photos.
Nothing like having a few pics ready for scrapping.
It was a very cold day; not comfortable at all for strolling about, so we cut short the expedition and headed for hot soup and crusty rolls at home.  17th July 2017, Love Granny.

    This is wonderful Helen, the flow and the blue with pops of Yellow and red all works so well with the beautiful , happy photo. Hot soup and crusty rolls sound delious :)

    LOL...this is a gorgeous boy page and the photo is sooo cute! That toothy smile is so fabulous! ;-) Love the design and love the elements...
    My boy turns 11 in 2 weeks time and I cant believe it...where has the time gone!!!!
