Stuck?! Sketches DT - 15 July 2017 - Beautiful Memories

Welome back to my blog today where I'm sharing a DT page for

I've used Cocoa Vanilla papers, the Wild at Heart collection.
The flair is from Funky Flairs.
I used a Martha Stewart punch "Vintage Floral", to create the pale green trim.
The gold washi tape is from my stash.
The lacy flower is from a Paper Flourish kit.

The journalling is on the back of the page and it reads.

This photo was taken on your first visit to Granny and Pa's and it was just a delight to have you stay for a few days.  Skyping and face time help us to keep in touch when you live in another state, but there is nothing like a real time cuddle to generate feelings of love and joy.  You are starting to smile readily and are happy to be passed from one to another without fretting.  Your little cousins were fascinated with you and all wanted to have a nurse.
The days flew by too quickly and soon you were on your way back home.

    Lovely soft page for a new bubba... did you do the watercolouring on the background or did the paper come like that. It is so pretty. So glad that you got to spend some time with them ... So hard when they are far away. They change so fast every week that goes by. Love this sketch too.. going to try and have a play again.
